About Us
As the owners of Well Wishing Laundromat, Mike and I have deep roots in the area.
Mike, originally from Georgia, and I, having grown up between Cherokee, North Carolina, and
Tennessee, have built a life here. We have raised six children and enjoy spending time with
our three grandchildren. We also own Mountaineer Cleaning & Maintenance. This is a highly rated
cabin cleaning business that has grown alongside our team. We love coming up with new ways
to support other business owners and contribute to our community.
Family time is precious to us, whether it's spent by the lake, camping,
traveling when we can, watching football, or gathering with friends and family.
Through all our ventures, we aim to maintain the personal touch of a Mom-and-Pop operation,
while offering the same high-quality services you’d expect from larger companies.

Staying in Gatlinburg Aug 2024, our hotel laundry room was down. Found Well Wishing on Google maps, great reviews, so we went and did our laundry. The owner was welcoming and helpful, not just for the laundry, we chatted about this and that, she gave us some local tips. the shop was clean and tidy, we had a good experience there. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly! They were very welcoming and were working hard to keep everything clean and functioning.

Super clean...friendly attendant. This is great...prices are good, everything is clean, right down the road from a pancake house and a coffee shop while you wait. It's one of those gems you find while traveling...and it's even on a trolley line.
